  • Can I customise/personalise my frame?

    Frames come in different sizes and colours you can pick from. Custom colours can be requested indicating the desired RAL or PANTONE colour code; a surcharge of 100€ applies. Chromed options parts, full chromed fork a surcharge of 70€, chromed rear triangle a surcharge of 70€, chain stay a surcharge of 40€, seat lug a surcharge of 25€.

  • How can I order and buy a Pellizoli’s frame?

    Pellizzoli’s frames can be ordered via email specifying model, size and colour. You will receive a quote and, if you decide to purchase the frame, a bond corresponding to the 50% of the total value must be transferred in order to start the manufacturing. (Bond can be paid through direct bank transfer, paypal or other kind of transactions accepted in Italy).

  • Waiting period

    Maximum 90 days from bond accreditation (delivery time excluded).

  • Delivery/shipping options

    Customers can choose between a slower/cheaper delivery and a faster/more expensive one. In any case, your shipment will be insured against damage and lost.

  • Product Warranty

    With the frame a product certification will be provided. The certificate states the quality of the product, the model and the progressive frame number. Every frame is designed and manufactured in our factory PELLIZOLI CICLI. Our suppliers ensure quality and durability of aluminium and stainless steel. PELLIZOLI CICLI provides a life long warranty on its welding, three years for the frame (accidents and paint excluded). For any issue please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Restoration/renovation of old frames

    We restore old road, track and city bike frames; restoration of the metal frame or just the paint work can be performed. An appropriate set of pictures that describes frame and damage must be provided in order to obtain a quote. Shipping must be organised by the customer.
