AETA the stainless frame

Looking our products you can see something is changing, finally we are ready to show the new frames line. One of these is called AETA, it’s our stainless ( columbus XCR ) frame, micro tig welding, the best you can get from handmade steel frames.

You are looking the first AETA custom frame, tailored to customer needs, he’ s 194cm with 96cm inseam length with long hands, in the same time he wanted highest stiffness less weight. WR COMPOSITI Carbon handmade components are the answer (we have established a working relationship with them, producing for us exclusively components)

External cables routing for the best use and maintenance for many km. Extraordinary paint work, mixing the beauty polished stainless with sandblast tubes under the clear coat enclose by red and white lines.

Bike weight, like in photos should be around 7,60 kg. We are satisfy in the end. Stay tuned on our products, there will be others news.

A frame born after the clear request of Mr. Pai, an important importer and a person with a lot of experience in the Taiwanese bicycle market.
The idea was to create a real handcrafted and top quality frame, rich of the many nice details that only a master framebuilder can guarantee.
Mr Pai’s choice for the tubeset was from an old stock of the Columbus MAX series, the tubing well known for its torx resistence.

Mr. Pelizzoli suggested a micro TIG welding procedure for the construction in order to obtain a much lighter and stiff frame.

The name of the frame, “Giovanni 98” is inspired by a unique event, the meeting between Giovanni Pelizzoli and Pope Wojtila that took place in the Vatican state in 1998. At that time, the professional cycle team “Amore e Vita” (love and life in Italian), was there to give one of their bicycles as a present to the Pope. This honor went to Giovanni, head builder of the bicycles used by the team.

Limited production of 20 frames, most of them already reserved.

We were very busy in the last period. We did not think of getting such a great success and now we are satisfied. We are building the new series of frames, with which we meet a few stores, because we will always remain an artisan family. These are a few frames left by our company, thank you all.

We have tried to satisfy our customer, there are not more solutions if you are 197cm, one of them was use a strong tubes to increase the stiffness on the long ride having safe cornering and descents. John wanted it with classic soul, for this chromed parts, external cable route and old Campagnolo drop outs were the best way.

The badge on the head tube will be used for all custom frames of the new series line (coming soon)

Yes, here we are. There is not much time to prepare for the most popular and fascinating classic road race in Italy. From some years the cycler around Bergamo are looking to this special event, they started to get out their old bikes, someone leave us his frame for check it, cleaned and build it up like the rules want it.

Here two of our San Cristobal in gold version, one of them will be at L’Eroica ride by Samuel.

An old and rare MOCKBA 80 model, it built using AELLE tube set, these series were new Columbus product, very thin section much to be afraid of drill the tube for the internal cable, for this reason the cable goes on the lug.

We were at the best bike fair in the world. Everytime getting bigger, more exhibitors and unfortunately there are more low-quality products, the new is that you can think your new brand, study your strategy and order your line bike frame from China.

Anyway, going at the fairs with Giovanni and Samuel is like to be at home, someone recognize them ( a big hug to Pristine’ s friends for the gifts ) and Giovanni won’ t lose the opportunity to meet old friends. These are some pics of all that we liked.

Is the name of the painting of this fantastic old CIÖCC, it came from the 78″/79″ in the years of the San. Cristobal victory. The owner, conserved it in perfectly conditions, we suppose he rode it for only 100/200 km, the tubulars never be changed. He built up all the best components that can have it
